Vibration absorbers are designed for installation in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to reduce vibration in the system piping.
They are manufactured using deep-pitch corrugated tubing to enhance flexibility and vibration absorption, and are covered with high-tensile wire braid for superior strength.
The tubing and braid are reinforced with ferrules at each end and connected to a female copper tube end using high-temperature brazing alloys.
Each vibration absorber undergoes pressure testing and is then carefully vacuum-tested using a highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer leak detection device.
